Boardsquares provides entertainment-only board-hosting and board-management software. Payments to Boardsquares are for software access, hosting, and optional Pro features only.
Paid plans give a host access to software features such as participant claiming, private sharing tools, activity history, live scoring for eligible linked games, branding, result notifications, Potential Outcomes for football boards, and other premium tools. Fees are not based on participant activity, board outcomes, stakes, prize values, or square values.
Boardsquares does not support participant payments, prizes, wagers, raffles, buy-ins, pooled funds, or payouts. Boardsquares does not collect participant money, hold funds, manage prize funds, or distribute anything of value to participants.
Hosts are responsible for using Boardsquares lawfully and for making sure their board activity complies with all applicable laws, rules, policies, and permissions.
Boardsquares may not be used to operate, promote, or facilitate illegal gambling, unlawful wagering, unauthorized raffles, unlawful prize contests, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Users are responsible for keeping account access secure. Hosts control their board settings and are responsible for sharing board codes and links only with intended participants.
Scores, schedules, provider data, and live updates may be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Hosts are responsible for verifying results when accuracy matters.
Email and text settings are intended for account, access, and board-result updates. Delivery is not guaranteed, and users should not rely on notifications as the only source of board information.
Boardsquares is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional or collegiate sports league, team, tournament, broadcaster, or event organizer.
Boardsquares may suspend or remove accounts, boards, or access when a board appears to violate these terms, applicable law, provider requirements, or the intended entertainment-only use of the service.
